Joey Bart - Is He a Top Prospect?

Joey Bart was a top prospect, he debuted. He disappointed. It didn't matter for a minute because Buster Posey was not yet retired and had an incredible season than Buster Posey famously did retire. And Joey Bart's been the guy and he's home on a long at like a 90 WRC plus. I think it's always been too obvious to really, it's almost been like too good to be true, too obvious. But that's his ceiling. That's what you're going to get from Bart.
