The way you explain that is beautiful because it's probably the first time. I think how we view athlete success to a certain extent can play a significant role in that if I have somebody who may break really easily and ruin them from a like especially say junior athletes they do really well and they're consistent at following the model but then all of a sudden they break and they disappear. So adaptability through adaptability and being able to cope with things constantly changing or things not going well is where we need to start to move towards. The want for a quick fix is so strong in so many people and the if I could just fix narrative that you hear really quickly is huge.
