Is Innovation Necessary?

How often in your experience is innovation required versus using a tailor made solution? That's a great question, Michael. So innovation comes into the picture. General framework when somebody asked me how to use innovation, my first answer is go and try whatever is available off the shelf, commoditized solutions. The experiments that we do are very iterative. I really don't want somebody to start working on the algorithm from scratch.
