How to Control a Machine Without Understanding the Functionality of the Brain?
Do you think it's possible that without understanding the functionally about the brain, we just connect them? It's not about brain plasticity. It's about the input aspect. Basically, being able to control a machine is something that you can probably train your neural impulses that you're sending out to match whatever response you see in the environment.
