i always watched david, like, have this kind of thing. So defenceless in terms of with the body. There was no defence in the mind of preventative of outcome. Or it was like trusting the spirit and the guidance. And that is one thing i feel i have keep learning because the body is seen as such a precious a thing and we need to protect it.
