A healthy relationship with ourselves is connected to our desires. A lot of times women have learned to be a self by others telling them they are legitimate, but it doesn't end up working. You need to know what gives you life and live from your truer self. And that takes some courage, too,. If we're only looking for reinforcement that who we are is what everyone wants us to be, right?
