I use my smartphone for only an hour a day for three months, but I did that nine months ago. And so trying to recall these different, these different kind of lessons that I learned is quite difficult because it hooks into your life in ways you don't necessarily realize at first. One of the most powerful habits out there is when you have coffee with somebody or when you have lunch with somebody, put your phone on airplane mode When you bring more of yourself to what you're doing, you can dive into it deeper and do it better.
