What's the Process of a Kick Off Meeting?
Before a kick off meeting, the Deloid team usually gets a couple of days to a week to look through as much information as we can. It really depends on the client schedule and who theyare able to actually gather in a room,. And what kind of time is available. There's a good amount of either interviews with stake holders at the company or itill do a couple hour workshop to get started. I've had some kick off meetings where quick meatin creet, and then we go heads down and start churning on designs with our internal team.
