Should You Bribe Your Child?
Lisa Ling: A parent sends in a question asking, should you bribe your kid? She says it's getting increasingly difficult to convince her 11-year-old son to do anything. Is bribery an acceptable strategy or am I setting myself up for a disaster down the line? How busy should he be? In some ways she thinks he deserves a break but his attitude lately tells me he needs more structure.
