In Puerto Rico you get 0% capital gains and that's for personal. Now if you're the owner of a business, you also have to pay yourself though a salary. The tax down here is 20%. So let's say you have a consultant business that brings in,. I don't know, a million dollars in revenue a year, you have to pay myself a salary that is commensurate with your job title. That'll get taxed at 20%. And then the rest of the gains here you're going to take as a dividend, those will only get taxed at 4%. It was just a bit of fun, really. Indeed.
