Do the Guide Lines Address Delirium?

A lot of adult clanitions may be surprised at the focus on delirium that we have in the guide lines. There are specific wrist factors for children to develop delirium, and also deliriums associated with very important outcomes such as longer time on ventilation or even mortality. We've been doing this for 20 years now, but i think it's easy to forget that it's only been in the last decade that we have been able to create anvalidate, reliable tools for the monitoring of delirium at the bedside.
