What's the Difference Between Longview and Hootsit?
When i left longview after 15 years, i went to a company called hootsitand great, great experience at hoot sit. But what was really missing, from my perspective is the feeling of invincibility in support of a team internally for the benefit of the customer. We were really abstracted. And it was a somewhat transitory culture in terms of people came and left pretty quickly. Whereas you know, at longview, what we were really trying to build was a business where people wanted to stay.
