The Great Awakening and the New Establishment

Rishi Sunak, Britain's Chancellor of the Exchequer and Prime Minister has an attachment to two different countries. He worked in Santa Monica for a hedge fund but retained his green card which would give him right to live and work in US. Silicon Valley executives understand that what they're doing isn't working so well; state must change its regulatory and tax policies. Both Hispanics and Asians have been coming more politically independent. I don't think they're either going to be majority Republican in the near future, but there's certainly their votes up for grabs.
