The Tough Job of a Production Manager

"I feel that I I worked as a production manager for a long time as well and I think it's tough because on like you said you are the person who is kind of responsible for like in some ways short-changing people," she says. "You're always that person you're always in the middle and the bad guy and it's a terrible middle management situation to be in yeah" She asks why isn't a management job considered like a possible union position.
