Chapter 7 on the Spiritual Bouquet

We must conclude our meditation by way of three acts, which we must perform with the greatest possible humility. The first is an act of thanksgiving for God's goodness and mercy; the second is a prayer in which we offer to God His own goodness and mercy along with our own affections and resolutions. And finally, as I already have noted, you should conclude with an our Father and a Hail Mary - these are general and necessary prayers to be offered by any believers.
