When i got started 30 years ago, g i s was the only word that we had to describe our profession and virtually nobody knew what it was. Today, i would argue that it's really more of a geo spacial field,. And indeed, most folks still don't know what g i s is, but a lot of folks do know what go special is. The next blueprint likely is going to have quest s on new technology, or relatively new technology, such as a u a s, or drones.
