The Democracy Principle in the Workplace

Most people work in a typical capitalist, opped out dictatorship. But there's also a democratic of work place that can exist under the rules of capitalism. A worker's co operative is a business where each worker owns an equal share of the workplace. And you can be involved in all of those decisions. You can elect your manager and if you don't like what that manager is doing, you and your colleagues can votedow that manager.
