Is Open Goals Working to Reduce Anxiety?

Open goals are an addition to the options that we've got. It's really important to identify when open goals might be a useful alternative and when the others might not. We can be reasonably confident that performance isn't going to suffer a certainly not dramatically by setting open goals. The still gong to be some increase of performance. But if the primary outcome your incident isn't the performance, then open goals are probably a good option because it'still going to do something while 'm helping you achieve these psychological benefits'
