There's a period after, right after an initial shift, initial awakening shift, where your identity shifts to something vastly more expansive and less less this and more this that. So im after that, that first expansive experience, im you start to really come in contact with a lot of this stuff. But the am the freeing nature of what you've realized oftheof the wider identity, or the moreis a flexible and identity that's always there. And anat is actually what allows us to come in closer and more integrated contact with our repressed stuff, emotions and resistance patterns and so forth.
