The gang has their masks on everybody's got a mask that fits them just right and Saka sees a food stand of course he's gonna snap up some of those flaming fire flakes no surprise they are extremely hot. As Saka is dealing with this moment where he is totally overwhelmed by the hotness of these fire flakes we see Aang who then is noticing this very cool puppet show the puppet show because it's great It was based on this old english puppet show punch and jimmy which used to be these festivals and it was all to teach you about what's going on.
