If the good follows from the law and nothing other way around, we need to asymptotically try to approach the good as best we can with the law. I think that that's much closer to what Deliz has in mind when he's writing in the time of empiricism of subjectivity 10 years before. There aren't just laws and good. There's this third secret third thing we call institutions. And it's because that causality is so burdened with responsibility for all it can do from a climate change to evil institutions.
