What Are Carbs?
Carbs are the main fuel sorce from your body that your body needs, right? And so in the absence of carbohydrates, your liver will make carbohydrates. So if you just eat carbs at breakfast, lunch and dinner in regular amounts, everybody's different. You'll be far better off then all of this restriction. Even the stud show that intermittent fasting is pretty much exactly the same.
