Most lasting change occurs based on consistent effort over a long period of time. It's really hard to tell somebody who's in a lot of pain, like, well, get back to me after you try it for six months. But I also think that it's kind of the reality of most lasting transformation in people's lives. In other words, both can be true, which maybe goes to one of the points you were going to make earlier about contradict seeming contradictions or, you know, including both ends.
