How Did You Define Pride Experiences and Prejudiced Experiences?

Stamford University researchers looked at the experiences of African-American and latinx students on campus. The data set included measures of extra correcular activities such as living in a theme dorm, or taking classes relevant to their racial background. Students were also able to report how often they had negative experiences that tied explicitly to their race like hearing an derogatory remark about your group by police officers. Researchers created a composite measure which allowed them to see more than positive interactions tied to racivnicity - it could be prejudiced too.
