Is the IPO Market Recovering?

I think the fund management and the asset management broker type shares have been looking very cheap. Although it's difficult to see the IPO market recovering anytime soon, given that the brokers have pretty much killed it by floating over price junk in 2020 and 2021. After that, they're opening up platforms now for retail investors to buy into IPOs. Probably because they haven't got any fund managers left with any money or any aptitude towards buying new issues.
