Filando castile was shot seven times by officer geronimo jenez less than a minute after being pulled over. The question then became, well don't african americans have second amendment rights? and i went wild. And what i found was the answer was y no. This second amendment was really designed to control and contain black people. For me, desperate impact is as important as intent.
