The Importance of Having a Good Board
Nae-yan: You don't necessarily have to have recurring revenue, but some kind of predictive or revenue predictability is nice to have. And that's where of course having a good board plays in. Often you acquire a good company in a great industry or so you think, and then six months later, the wheels really fall off because either the industry is not what you expect or there's a tax bill that the diligence missed. The only thing for that is the searches which were very fast learners turned out to be, you know, having a lot of people skills and a good board.
