Fruit juice is really just liquid sugar and kids don't need it yes they love it it tastes good that's the other thing i think parents need to understand. Kids love foods with added sugars in them because our human body has evolved over the years over the millions of years to you know we get a dopamine hit when we get sugar  that tells us oh this is good for usWe should do more of that this will keep us alive keep doing.
