Is Body Dysmorphia a Form of OCD?
I think there's so many aspects of body dysmorphia that become normalized in our culture. People might not even realize that they have some of these habits or patterns in relationship to, you know, how they view themselves and their body. Just awareness can really help before things start to spiral out of control. I see constantly exercising as one of these. And I will relate my next exercise to what I'm eating that day or like, oh, I cheated or I had a bagel this morning. So that tax on another mile that I might run that day.
