The Importance of Data in Decision Making
I prefer to be talking about say about human lives, but that means I'm making a difference. So some of the hardest, toughest projects, weirdest stuff I've worked on is with the World Food Program right now. We're helping build a new data platform for them to help analyze how to feed as many people as possible and make good money decisions. Bad calculations were mistakes or stuff that means less people fed could mean people dead. That's scary, but it's also so important to have data for such decisions.
