Alec Murdoch is accused of killing his wife and son to gain sympathy. The prosecution says the murders were in retaliation for a $10 million civil suit filed against him by Mallory Beach's family. Mark Tinsley, who represented mallory beach's family, testified that he wouldn't stop pushing until the truth came out about how Alec stole millions from them.
