The Waste of Time Is a Crime

In chapter five, he talks about how 85 % of effort is wasted. He says there's three things that cause people to work harder and longer than necessary. So the first one is absurdity. The second one is unreasonable expectations. The third one is overburdened, and then the fourth one is emotional waste. This challenged me, this whole idea of working four days a week. And when i mentioned this to my wife as i was reading this section, she got really excited. I don't feel like i need to establish a new normal first. Once i do that, then i can figure out what's the efficient and effective way to get the work done right now.
