Theo: I'm just wondering if we have created a category that we call high potentials for the few people who like to learn. Theo: We've discarded a lot of other people who can learn and they're quite capable, but we've dismissed them because they don't fit into this category. In our way, mistakenly just going high post people who, like you said, are good at jeopardy. But really what we're looking for is people who are good at VUCA skills.
