What Do You Think of a Social Tariff?

I believe this is a matter of political will is the most important, not mechanism. I'm more interested in the fact that we do it, rather than the mechanism. The problem you have right now though is market competition is bost there is no competition. People can't switch at the price cap level. So i think social tariffs are not a bad idea, but they're not without problems. Right now, what about the labor idea of just freezing the price cap at its at its existing level? We don't ead to geve my exa ten to each proposal.
