Introduction

Sean Locksley is a 23-year-old pre-med student at the University of Wisconsin. He and two friends went to a Halloween carnival in Rose Creek Park for cheap thrills. They didn't get there until almost 10 o'clock, when all the lights had been turned off by then. A horse-drawn carriage pulled up just as they were about to leave - but it was too late.
