How to Be Pro Active and Take Care of Your Body

Every morning, for me, i have to bea in the gym, or in nature, or both a in order, before pretty much anything else. It's the number one priority in my life, because if i don't take care of my body, then nothing else matters. I love to turn the routine into ritual. Do the reflection. One of the other exercises that i feel like we're very lined on is the get moving exercise. So research shows that exercising it, it's a mood booster, they say. And it's not only how you feel while you're doingit, it's it that energizing im carries over into how you engage in the rest of your day
