Damien: In 1 Corinthians, Paul is talking about the true nature of freedom. He says free people have rights to exercise their freedoms by making certain choices. Damien: There was a group in this church that viewed them like elitists in a sense. They thought they were really mature, and so they could show the maturity by exercising their rights however and whenever they wanted.
