A Severe Summer Storm

A severe summer storm blew through the house. The front door was wide open and no valuables had been taken. Police swab several locations and take a blood stain sheet from our bed. They tell us to call if anything happens. A few days later I get a call from a detective telling me that she's just trying to close her case. There have been times in this house that I have felt like I was being watched or just got the shivers because I was feeling creeped out.
