I would then recommend breaking up Facebook and Instagram. I'm not trying to propose telling Facebook how many ads they do or don't run. It's my real concern that in the pursuit of the perfect, we end up sacrificing the good. And here's the issue that I see. I've been talking about this specific issue for years. The harm is increased the marginal cost for an advertiser to go elsewhere. That's where the harm actually happened.
