i don't envy you. This is a hard problem. Reminds me of that study by patrick moinhan in the 19 63, maybe early sixties,. about the problem of fatherless homes in the black community. But if girls, black girls, are not as affected as much by this home environment as black boys, there's obviously more factors going on.
