The Discipline of Presbyterian Ministers
The New York presbyterie was slapped on the wrist and told that they need to deal with or dating men who would not affirm the virgin birth, even after they were told that they still went ahead and licensed one. What do you do in those discipline cases when it's the presbyterie that needs to discipline its ministers, or perhaps signers of the Auburn affirmation? The problem with the new school is not that everybody's a liberal, but they tolerate this. And if we come together on this least common denominator basis, the new church, we're going to have to tolerate it.
