The firm offers a broad range of accountancy services but from just the acquisition perspective we would always do due diligence. We'd always do DD but also we do buy side search stuff so someone might say to us and again this is where it depends on who you're working with. It could be a light touch if someone's done some work themselves but it could extend right away through to full scope DD building into evaluation model that then feeds into look this is what the offer's going to be.
