I was in Gazantia with Claire Short, my distinguished Labour predecessor at Difit. I remember we were there as part of the Syria relief effort. And it just underlines the appalling nature of this tragedy. In terms of that domestic Turkish issue, I understand the anger, but equally so does President Erdogan. He has made it clear today that he takes his share of responsibility. But do we as a country say, where did that money go? Where did it go to? Because it hasn't made building safer? Well, it wasn't our money. I mean, it's Turkish money, Turkish tax money."
