The Same Gift as I Have Been Given in 1 Corinthians 12 and 7

The same word charisma as you know is used for instance in 1 Corinthians 7 talking about the gift of marriage or the gift of singleness right. I don't feel that I guess one concern I was a pastor with the way I see people using those lists of gifts like a spiritual gifts inventory sometime is people get their identity from their own sort of self-analysis. They then take as a fundamental part of who they are almost their identity and that becomes effectively a demand that I will interact with this church on the basis of me using this gift for your benefit.
