NIFA-Pristone: A Conservative Decision in Texas
The ruling doesn't go into effect until seven days later. In the meantime, we're waiting to see if either the Fifth Circuit or the Supreme Court weighs in and sort of stays in junctions while it's making its way through the courts. If they don't do that, then technically that means that the FDA is supposed to basically rescind its approval of NIFA-Pristone. So there's still a chance that NIFA- Pristone could be available.
