How Much Can a Company Rake?
The most enjoyable part of one 80 markets that i've found is organizing placements and arranging that. Usually the amount raised will be determined by how much the company can raise, because every company can only raise between 15 and 25 % of the issued capital every year. The price is determined, usually between negotiations. And youre not allow to go lower than a 25 discount to 15 day v wop.
