Hawaiian Electric's Merger With a Bank Could Be a Classic Green-Blatt Spin-Off

Hawaiian Electric failed to sell themselves to a mainland utility and if they did then they would have had to split off the bank. I don't know that that would just be a very fun situation to follow because it's sort of that classic two different businesses and two completely different industries that are being looked at as if they're one in the same from like evaluation perspective.
