For a lot of my life, my worth was an unconscious empathy. I would completely energy match with everyone. And i thought it was my job to meet people exactly where they are and be in their energy. So this can talk about codependency. This talks about ameshment. And i really want to just kind of pull it apart. For me, for so long, i would experience my energy and my essence in moments,. But oftentimes i would feel like, who am i? My energy is everywhere. It's such a gift in our life toreally be able to pull apart our unique energetic expression and essence from everyone else's. We can lose that beautiful power we have
