The Jury Clears Qatar of Negligence
Qatar was cleared of negligence when the jury heard that other companies had also struggled to make the vaccine. The safety testing was not at a level where it should be, says Gotzdanker. Qatar scientists did know that a third of the lots they were producing were defective. However, they were not required to notify the US regulators.
