Is the DOJ Suing the State of Alabama?

The DOJ has been suing Alabama for years about the state of their prisons. They claim the state bales in its duty to protect prisoners from each other, essentially. So like a gymnasium with 400 people in it like that's what being in prison. I mean obviously got a highly surveilled and, you know, restraint like you can't you can't leave the gymnasium but that is sort of like it's literally like triple stacked bunk beds in a massive room with like 300 people in it,. And so that's that's a concentration camp that's a good idea is ended up concentration. It's insane they have every tool at their at their grasp.
